1 - Sourcing Specialist The Sourcing Specialist in TeleTech will be responsible for sourcing management and execution for TeleTech locations in Spain and Latin America, and for establishing a sourcing plan based on top suppliers and top spend categories.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that sourcing needs are met and achieved in an effective manner.
- Ensure that TeleTech receives the greatest value from the purchasing functions by effectively negotiating prices, terms, and other areas that can deliver value.
- Process requisition and purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform price analysis to support effective decision analysis in the sourcing process.
- Ensure customer service by proactively identifying customer needs and service improvement opportunities and responding quickly to those needs.
- Create an understanding of strategic commodities by gathering market, trend, and price information from key suppliers and other sources.
- Contribute to the performance and profitability of Business Units through the sourcing process.
- Contribute to a strong governance culture by complying with appropriate governance policies and procedures.
- Ensure the effective delivery of all agreed services to internal and external customers at the required standards by establishing effective.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sourcing and procurement environment.
- Experience leading negotiations and contracting for a variety of goods and services in the region.
- Strong spoken and written English Language Skills and Portuguese (desirable)
- Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to organize and communicate for written and oral presentations to various organizational levels and supplier audiences. Ubicación: Capital Federal
