1 - Market Research Analyst
The Market Research Analyst performs researches and collects data to analyze information and evaluate existing and potential markets and target segments. Identifies and monitors competitors and researches market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect company performance. Displays familiarity with standard marketing concepts, practices, and procedures of general research and analysis. Exercises experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Handles a variety of research and analysis tasks, including industry research/analysis, company research/analysis, published surveys and demographic data, and can perform well under deadline pressure. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * General research responsibilities including support for creating and analyzing: - Competitive/competitor company research/analysis - SWOT Analysis - Profiling Surveys - Focus groups - Advertising tracking - Miscellaneous research requests and data pulls * Prepare, develop and write key analysis findings through weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis deliverables. Verbally review, support and discuss findings. * Manage and support special ad-hoc research/analysis projects as necessary. * Build and manage online and offline ?libraries? of available analysis as a basis of reference information to successfully complete duties. Job Specifications: - Excellent proficiency at written and spoken English language is a must. - BA/BS in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience. - Experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, business analysis, and financial analysis is a must. - Business process outsourcing, customer management or CRM knowledge preferred. - Solid working knowledge of standard office PC equipment including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the internet. - Economics and statistics background useful.

2 - Sr. Graphic Designer
The Sr. Graphic Designer is responsible for developing creative platforms and strategies for graphics design; and using, operating, and setting up of computer graphic systems for marketing activities. Will support Human Capital and Talent Acquisition projects/marketing activities by the creation and coordination of flyers, posters, banners, brochures, electronic graphics, PowerPoint presentations, scripting, photo enhancements, file conversion, etc. Education Required: - BA degree in Art/Graphic Design or similar and/or 3 plus year equivalent experience Experience Required: - Expert knowledge of applications including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Quark Xpress. - Strong knowledge with web publishing and design applications such as Dreamweaver, HTML, Flash, ImageReady / Fireworks, InDesign. - Strong typographical skills. - Knowledge and experience with print and electronic design and file preparation. - Team management experience. Skills Required: - Strong English verbal, written and interpersonal skills and ability to interact fluently with native English speakers required. - Excellent listening skills and attention to detail required. - Must have knowledge with coordination and development of schedules, hands on vendor management and knowledge of output via digital or offset printing. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines. - Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
