1 - Semi Senior Recruiter OLX is hiring a Semi Senior Recruiter for its Human Resources Team.
We are looking for a young, proactive individual with at least two years experience in recruiting IT related profiles. Candidates with experience in Internet Companies will be preferred.
Incumbent?s responsibilities will include:
Conducting recruitment processes for local IT positions
Coordinating the interviewing process for several positions
Creating and Maintaining candidate Database
University Relations
Producing Merchandising
Creating Orientation programs and Welcome kits
Interaction with Recruitment companies
Assist in employee retention initiatives
Assist in compensation initiatives
Participate in general HR actions
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree or advanced student of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
