1 - Technical Support Specialist The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Empower application. This includs: working on identifying problems, solving or escalating them.
This position is also responsible for the maintenance of Empower daily processes and the accurate of the information from its source systems. It requires the technician to demonstrate excellent customer interaction skills both verbally and orally in order to give a better support.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Experience writing Queries for Oracle (SQL Essentials) (Mandatory)
? Advanced knowledge of Excel (Mandatory)
? Advanced level of English (Mandatory)
? Full time availability (From Monday to friday: From 9 to 18hs)
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
? University student or graduated in Computer Science or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)

- Availability to work full time. Morning and Evening shifts (Between 9 to 10 pm)

5 - Technical Support Specialist TeleTech is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to become part of its Global Development Center as a member of the Solution Operation Support team.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be in charge of:
? Frontline Call Handling - Handling direct calls from managers having technical issues with agents in Operations. Troubleshooting, following procedures; tracking and follow-ups of the issues. Includes managing of resources on [call] bridges and chat support during major outages; identifying root-cause and diagnosing; resolve and/or involve the right teams to assist.
? Documentation - Defining procedures, documenting and submitting them to the appropriate people for review and potential addition in troubleshooting Knowledge Bases.
? Ticket resolution (Incidents, Requests, Problems, CMR´s, etc).
REQUIREMENTS:
? Advanced level of English.
? Excellent time management and organizational skills.
? Experience with PC hardware and software setup, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
? Experience with basic home networking (setup and troubleshooting).
? Full time availability and flexibility to work after-hours, in cases of outages/upgrades.
? Availability to be on-call after-hours and during weekends (rotational).
? Ability to read logs/code (for troubleshooting purposes).
? Experience with Web Logic, Web Service, Application Server ? Preferable.
? Experience in telephony systems (Cisco / Avaya) ? Preferable.
? Experience with Paint and Photoshop (for documentation/dashboard creation) ? Desirable.
? Database: Experience with SQL / Oracle ? Desirable.
